CUSTOMERS AND STAKEHOLDERS
The DMMPO has an array of direct and indirect customers and stakeholders as shown in Table 1. Customer is defined as an entity that uses DMMPO products or services. Stakeholder is defined as an entity that has an interest in the successful performance of the DMMPO. Table 1 shows the general arrangement of relationships. Customers and stakeholders, both direct and indirect can be one and the same and they can change roles from time to time. Table 1. DMMPO direct and indirect customers and stakeholders.
