OUSD(P&R) Human Research Protection Program (HRPP)
Training Requirements Institutions under the purview of the Under Secretary of Defense (Personnel and Readiness) (OUSD(P&R)) have an annual training requirement for all individuals engaged in Human Research Protection Program (HRPP) activities, including conducting, reviewing and overseeing research involving human subjects.
